Premium Cataract Surgery

There is simply no better place in San Francisco to have your vision assessed for cataracts – and no better doctor to trust for premium cataract surgery than Dr. Lillie A. Mosaddegh. These are not empty words that we toss around lightly – we back up our statements with our actions.
Our entire team goes above and beyond the technical and medical aspects of diagnosis and treatment. We strive to make every visit to our office as comfortable, stress-free and inviting as possible. For us, it’s all about respect of your time, respect for your apprehensions and respect for your vision goals and budget. We feel truly honored when patients entrust their eyesight to us.

The Difference Begins at the Cataract Evaluation

This intensive, 3-hour appointment includes a comprehensive array of vision testing to first determine if you have cataracts and then determine how they are affecting your vision. These are painless, but extremely effective tests that give our doctors (and you) an all-inclusive picture of your eyesight:

  • Visual acuity test to assess your distance and near vision
  • Refractive error measurement to determine your glasses prescription
  • Assessment of your lenses to determine the presence of any cataracts
  • Evaluation of your retinal health (back of the eye)
  • Eye pressure measurement to determine the presence of glaucoma
  • Review of your overall health

Your tests are reviewed immediately, during your appointment. Then you can expect a one-on-one meeting with Dr. Mosaddegh to discuss your test results and learn what the next steps should be. If your cataracts are not interfering with your vision yet, you may choose to wait to have surgery. Or, if you decide you want to upgrade your vision by correcting your cataracts as well as another vision condition, we may discuss Lifestyle Lens options.

Technology We Use for Premium Cataract Surgery

Not every ophthalmologist offers options when it comes to cataract surgery. It has been our experience that using lasers for this surgical process provides better overall vision results. As a result, we have made investments in advanced technologies to offer our patients the absolute best when it comes to restoring clear vision.

We welcome the opportunity to meet you and start on the path of improving your vision so you can get back to living life to the fullest. Contact us today to schedule a Cataract Evaluation.
